Self Catering Holiday Bungalow in Aberdovey / Aberdyfi.

Situated in an elevated position in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Copperhill Street and Mynydd Isaf in the village of Aberdovey.

The views from this fabulous holiday bungalow are stunning, looking across the estuary over to Ynyslas and beyond.

The large balcony area, is the ideal place to take in the sun, the views and enjoy the tranquillity of Aberdovey / Aberdyfi!

The property is suitable for couples and singles and families with children aged three and over.

Upon arrival at this self catering holiday bungalow, you will find an off-road car parking space for your own personal use, so no worries about parking your car here!  As regular visitors to Aberdovey  will know, parking on-site is something of a rarity!

The path leading to the bungalow has just one step down to the front door, located at the side of the property.  A small step up takes you  into the compact lobby area, leading into the open plan lounge and kitchen.

The lounge is a perfect place to relax, and is complete with a three seater settee and two armchairs.

Take in the views, watch a DVD or Video, or  watch your favourite  programs on the TV with Freeview channels.

Open Plan Lounge & Well Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen area is accessed from within the lounge and is located at the front of the bungalow.  Well equipped with free standing electric cooker, dish washer, upright fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.  Iron and ironing board.

We ask that guests provide their own tea towels.

A rotary washing line can be found outside at the rear of the bungalow on the grassy area.

The dining table and 4 chairs  are situated close to the kitchen, within the lounge area and as they are on castors can be easily moved to another location in the lounge, to suit the guests.

Lounge with comfortable seating15 Treflan is now completely double glazed throughout, a recent addition during October 2008.

The two bedrooms and bathroom and toilet  are reached directly from within the lounge area.

Heating throughout is by way of electric night storage heaters. With an additional heater for use on those cooler evenings. Water is heated by means of an immersion heater within the airing cupboard, located in the lounge.

The balcony area is accessed from the rear door situated in the lounge area, by means of three steps up.  We do ask that children are not left unsupervised on the balcony at any time. 

Front Bedroom with Twin Beds
The bedrooms consist of a double bedded room at the rear of the property and a twin bedded room at the front of  the property.

The front bedroom comprises Two single beds, a new addition during May 2009,single duvets and bed linen, dressing table, wardrobe, wash hand basin with mirror and lighting. 

The second bedroom, at the rear is smaller, but always very popular as it has an estuary view. Adequate storage is provided with a  wardrobe and storage chest. A full length mirror for those final appearance checks! The very comfortable double bed is complete with bed linen and a king size duvet!

Bed linen, Heating and Electricity all included. Guests to supply own towels, bath mats, tea towels etc.

The bathroom has a full size bath with electric shower over. Wash Hand Basin with shaver socket over. Heated towel rail and extractor unit.  The toilet is situated in its own separate room, leading from within the bathroom .

 

15 Treflan operates a No Smoking and No pet's policy.  Sorry no under Three Year olds without the owner's approval.
 

Bookings normally run from Friday to Friday, however, this is flexible outside of main school holidays, so do please enquire
