Aelfor 1 is a very popular Ground Floor
Apartment situated on the main frontage of Aberdyfi. The small
terrace in front of this apartment is a great place to take in the
sun, enjoy the views and watch the world go by.........
 
The spacious lounge of Aelfor 1 has a large comfortable sofa, and
two cane chairs. Digital television with DVD player and I-Pod dock.
Dining Table and Four Chairs. Direct access from the Double-Glazed
Door to the terrace. Take in the views from the terrace or the
lounge, the choice is yours!
Aelfor 1 has a Pet Friendly Policy, we normally allow one
well behaved pet. However, if you have more than one pet that you
would like to bring on holiday, then please contact us for more
details.
  Aelfor 1 has two bedrooms sleeping 4 with ease. There is a twin
bedded room at the front, accessed from the lounge and a double room
at the rear, accessed via the hallway. There is an abundance of
storage space in this apartment!
There is also a put u up single bed, which can be used for a fifth
guest if required. Please ask for further details, as an additional
cost will apply.
Beds are made ready for your arrival with bottom sheets, pillow
cases and duvet covers. Blankets are provided for those needing
extra warmth. All you need to bring is your personal items and
towels!
New addition for 2010
Regular visitors to this very popular Ground Floor apartment will
appreciate the new
fully fitted kitchen which was installed during February 2010!
The kitchen has an Electric Built in Oven
and Hob, complete with Overhead extraction Unit and Lighting.
Freestanding Larder Fridge and Freezer,
Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster and an abundance of utensils,
crockery, glassware and cookware.
The newly fitted Bathroom, another new addition for 2010, is
accessed through the door at the rear of the kitchen.
The Bathroom now boasts an Under Floor Heating System, Walk in
Shower Unit, Wash Hand Basin and Vanity Unit. Shaver Socket and
lighting are fitted above the Wash Hand basin. The WC. is reached
from the Bathroom, by means of a separate door.
The apartments are heated with storage
heaters and electric panelled radiators, with extra fan heaters
available for the chilly times of year.
Heating and electric are included in your rental, as well as a car
pass for the two car parks in the village. These are also valid for
a large number of car parks throughout Snowdonia.
Short Breaks are only available throughout the year, but only with
late availability during our July and August.
