This second floor apartment has been totally
refurbished and tastefully re-decorated creating
a very light and airy feeling! The fabulous
view of the beach, estuary and mountains
opposite, make this apartment exceptional!
 The lounge area
has a Large TV with Free View for digital
viewing, a DVD
player and a good selection of DVD's for guests
use! A CD Player, books and board games
are all provided for your "in-house
entertainment"! Comfy seating by way of two
new leather swivel
reclining armchairs and foot stools for relaxing
and admiring the scenery! The new leather two seater settee
& sofa bed compliments this modern lounge
perfectly, here you can sit in comfort and gaze
out to sea taking in the views of Ynyslas
directly opposite! A dining table and
four chairs complete the furnishings in the
lounge area.
 The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a
built in electric oven, hob, and overhead
extraction unit, fridge and microwave. Crockery,
glassware, pots, pans and utensils, as well as
cleaning products are also provided.
Both the lounge and
bunk-bedded room overlook the sea, with those fabulous
views of the beach and estuary! The double
bedroom and bathroom with wash hand basin,
bath and overhead shower and WC, are to the rear.
Beds
are ready made up for you upon arrival,
complete with bottom
sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Blankets
are provided for those needing extra warmth. All
you need to bring are your personal items and
towels!
 
The apartments are heated with storage
heaters and electric panelled radiators, with
extra fan heaters available for the chilly times
of year.
Heating and electricity are included in your rental, as well as a, car pass
for the two car parks in the village of
Aberdovey/ Aberdyfi, these are
also valid for a large number of car parks
throughout Gwynedd.
