More information on COVID-19 for our guests and owners

We are taking bookings that comply with current guidance.

Before making a booking please ensure that you understand the current guidelines both where you live and the current Welsh Government Guidelines, some useful links are included at the bottom of this page.

As a temporary change to our terms and conditions, should your booking be affected by a compulsory travel restriction, or the holiday accommodation is unable to open, we will offer the option of rearranging your booking to a later date free of charge or cancelling with a full refund, less the booking fee paid at the time of booking. If moving to a week in a higher band the difference will be added.

Please assist us by leaving the properties clean and tidy, opening windows and place all used bedding, tea towels etc in the laundry bag provided. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we do hope that you will understand, and appreciate that these measures are absolutely necessary.

Check-in and Departure Times
During peak times we have found it necessary to amend our time of arrival to 17.00 hours  and checkout is 09.30 hours prompt. During quieter times we will allow a 15.00 hours check in time. We regret that we are unable to offer you an earlier check-in or later departure.

Number of Guests in Holiday Properties
Please do not allow anyone other than the permitted number of guests who have been named at the time of making a booking into any of our properties.
