The View Aberdovey Sea View Family Friendly Holiday Apartment with its own roof top terrace. Offering uninterrupted views of the Dyfi Estuary and beyond, The View Aberdovey is set in a great central location. Overlooking the golden sands of Aberdovey beach, a beautiful natural area, with clean soft golden sands, perfect for a family holiday by the sea.
The View Aberdovey, is a duplex sea view holiday home perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. Comfortable lounge with fabric sofa, with throws and cushions. Additional comfortable seating, dining table and chairs in the bay window for dining with a sea view! TV with Netflix, DVD and Wi-Fi as standard.
Kitchen at rear of lounge with fridge, hob, oven, washer/ dryer, and much more. Carpeted areas lounge, bedrooms and hallway. Tiled floor kitchen and bathroom areas.
Sleeping is by way of one double bedroom on the upper floor, at the rear of the property, reached via a flight of stairs within the lounge. Complete with its its own private W.C and wash hand basin and also access to a roof top terrace, especially for the adults, with small bistro table and chairs.
GALLERY
The roof top terrace enhanced with astro turf, is a great place for fresh air and some quiet relaxation. Please be advised that children must never be left unsupervised on this roof top area at any time.
The second bedroom is usually configured to twin beds, but can be changed to a super king size bed with 48 hour advance request, its located at the same level as the lounge and accessed from the hallway. Storage, hanging space, dressing table, bedside tables and bedside lights complete the look. The family friendly bathroom is next door to the second bedroom, with bath and shower over, wash hand basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Electric heating throughout. Car parking permit provided for use on the car park opposite. Sorry no pets.
The View Aberdovey is located on the third floor of the Compton House Complex, situated above Dyfi Dogs. There are two more holiday lets at this location, Beachcomber and Spinnaker, making this an ideal choice for couples and families who require separate accommodation, but want to stay close to each other.
Our Apologies…We have had to withdraw use of the sofa bed, travel cot and high chair seat due to restrictions in place at the present time. We will reinstate when restrictions have been eased sufficiently, and we have been advised accordingly.
